Investigating

Storage service is experiencing service degradation.

- Content that is uploaded recently might not get delivered to a portion of the users
- Upload of new content might have problems to a portion of the users
- Missed CDN requests, with origin to captain-storage might respond with 503 to a portion of users

The root cause is being investigated.

This incident affected: VP Apps (Web platform, OTT Content Management Dashboard), FleaMarket (Core services), VP Player (Player availability, Content delivery, Video and audio upload, Transcoding & Processing), and AdPlatform (AdPlatform Ad Serving API).
